Rates:
Rates are quoted in USD and based on single/double occupancy per night. They are subject to a 10% service charge and a 18% government tax.
Deposit:
On non-holiday weekdays (Sun - Thurs) and non-holiday weekends (Fri - Sat), every booking requires a deposit equal to one night’s stay per room reserved.
Holiday Season
Every booking requires a deposit equal to 100% of the total stay 30 days before arrival. The reservation and our availability cannot be guaranteed until the total amount has been covered.
Credit Cards:
Casa Bonita accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
Minimum Stay:
Semana Santa (Holy Week): There is a minimum 3-night stay requirement.
Christmas: There is a minimum 5-night stay requirement.
Long Weekends: There is a minimum 3-night stay requirement.
Children:
Children are welcomed year-round. There will be an extra charge of US $45 plus tax and service per night for children ages 3-12 (if staying in the same room as parents).
Cancellation:
- Cancellations cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund.
- Reservations cancelled within 48-24 hours prior to arrival are refundable minus a $50 administration fee per reserved room.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival date and no shows are non-refundable.
Holiday Season
Cancellations received within 7-15 days of arrival will be penalized with a one-night charge per room plus taxes.
Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will be non-refundable.
