Being consistent with Casa Bonita’s practice of supporting an ecological environment and running its operations supported by local resources, our menu is not only prepared and served by our local staff, it is also mainly elaborated with fresh local ingredients. Fish and mariscos (shellfish) are brought in daily from Bahoruco, the tiny fishing village nearby.
